A lot has changed since 2005 when I first registered by ABN and completed a Diploma of Professional Desktop Publishing from The Australian College of Journalism and Marketing in Sydney.
Having moved back to my home town of Cairns, I was keen to start working with my own clients and to practise using my skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
It was always my dream to work on a professional magazine and in 2013 I finally had my chance. For the next three years I worked on the design and layout of two popular Seychelles lifestyle and tourism publications, Potpourri Magazine and Sesel Sa! Magazine, an achievement I am incredibly proud of.
